Personal Use License Agreement

This License Agreement contains important legal terms. By completing the purchase process and/or checking “agree,” you acknowledge that you have read the entire License Agreement and agree to the terms herein, including, without limitation, Section 9 (Important General Legal Provisions).

This License Agreement states the terms and conditions of your non-exclusive and limited copyright license with respect to the digital content (“Licensed Asset”) made available on Byte Me by the Creator and purchased by you. The Licensed Asset item number will be emailed to you at the account email address Byte Me has on file along with a link to this License Agreement; retain this for your records.

1. PARTIES TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement is an agreement between:

(a) The “Licensee” who is the individual person indicated as the licensee during the purchase process,

and

(b) Byte Me, on behalf of the Creator as licensor.

2. LICENSE GRANT

This is an individual license for personal, non-commercial use only. The Licensed Asset may be used and accessed only by a single individual person, who is the Licensee indicated at the time of purchase. If multiple individuals will use the same Licensed Asset, then each individual must purchase a license for that Licensed Asset.

3. PERMITTED USES

You may use the Licensed Asset for personal, non-commercial purposes only, as expressly specified in Section 4 (Permitted Uses and Quantity/Impression Limitations). All commercial use is expressly prohibited.

4. PERMITTED USES AND QUANTITY/IMPRESSION LIMITATIONS

- You may create physical end products not for resale or wholesale, such as clothing, cards, invitations, stickers, mugs, posters, etc., for personal use only.

- You may create digital end products for personal use only, such as static designs or static website elements on a personal website.

- You may use the Licensed Asset in personal social media accounts (not on a company or business page) for personal use only.

5. PROHIBITED USES

- All commercial use of the Licensed Asset is prohibited.

- You may not use the Licensed Asset in any way that promotes a business, product, or service.

6. ATTRIBUTION

When credit is required, you must provide attribution as follows: “[Licensed asset product type] copyright [Creator] via Byte Me”.

7. IMPORTANT GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

Please refer to the full license agreement for detailed legal provisions regarding intellectual property, termination, content withdrawal, audit, disclaimer of warranties, limitation on liability, indemnification, choice of law and forum, arbitration, waiver and severability, entire agreement, notices, modifications, and interpretation.

Commercial Use License Agreement

This is a limited commercial license for commercial use. The Licensed Asset may be used and accessed by the Licensee indicated at the time of purchase for limited commercial purposes, as specified in Section 4 (Permitted Uses and Quantity/Impression Limitations).

3. PERMITTED USES

You may use the Licensed Asset for limited commercial purposes only, as expressly specified in Section 4 (Permitted Uses and Quantity/Impression Limitations). All other commercial use is expressly prohibited.

4. PERMITTED USES AND QUANTITY/IMPRESSION LIMITATIONS

You may create up to 5000 physical or digital end products for resale or wholesale, such as clothing, cards, invitations, stickers, mugs, prints, etc., for limited commercial use only.

You may use the Licensed Asset in up to one commercial social media account owned and managed by the licensee.

5. PROHIBITED USES

Use of the Licensed Asset beyond these limited terms is prohibited.

You may not use the Licensed Asset in any way for the promotion of a business, product, or service beyond the sole social media account owned and run by the licensee.

6. ATTRIBUTION

When credit is required, you must provide attribution as follows: “[Licensed asset product type] copyright [Creator] via Byte Me”.
